Worst experience of my life. The dentist comes in barely speaks,gives zero feedback,pulls teeth with what I assume was a wrench,walked out and said nothing. No instructions I was not given a chance to ask questions no bed side manner,just very unprofessional hurry up to the next room to get more money. Within a few days I was experiencing more pain then ever in life. Went to a different dentist and the hack job Dr.Michael Dick (appropriate name) did caused major infection and inflammation and will take weeks for my mouth to heal. Most traumatic,uncomfortable,painful and now embarrassing experience I have had with any dentist/doctor in my 52 years of living. I would NEVER recommend this man or the woman who helped him. She was equally as rude,and just wanted to rush me thru and out the door. This review is about this Mortenson location and dentist only. The other location I went after this has been fantastic. Dr. Dick pads his pockets while ruining ppls lives and doesn’t seem to care even a little bit.
