The staff was very friendly!Dr. Montalvo not so much. She arrived to do my cleaning and everything seemed fine. I have been to many dentists including dentists in other countries and I have never been treated so badly and harshly. I have had many cleanings and this has been the most painful one because she is a very harsh dentist. I felt abused physically, verbally, and emotionally. While my mouth was open and she was doing the cleaning she expressed herself very negatively of my mouth saying phrases like “this is very ugly” and repeated this several times while pulling (very harshly) the side of my face to open my mouth wider. And though I know she’s a professional her choice of words and the way she spoke to me felt very rude, harsh, and unprofessional. I have large torus all over my mouth and brushing my teeth is very painful and difficult. Dentists don’t deal with torus (bone overgrowth) daily it’s something uncommon yet she made it seem like it was my fault and I wasn’t trying hard enough. overall I had a horrible experience and will never return
