Folks… text reminder again in the morning of the appointment… the day before is not useful completely…You could have avoided the $50 fee that can create confrontation with customers enticing customers to pick up another mail flyer… tilting the scale to competitionDiscounts for always on time it’s another alternative more friendly

The manager called and apologize for the misunderstanding I was there today they took care of me. She was very nice about it and they assure me I will never happen again.
