First off they trick you in to leaving a good review so it can outweigh the bad reviews.I visited this office a few times. My first visit wasn’t terrible, but it did set the tone for the experience I would have as I continued to visit. The front office staff aren’t very warm or welcoming. No one speaks when you come in. There’s a wait to be called to the back and a wait when you get to the back. I went for a problem which they did a filling to fix. But that made it worst. I was told to give it time and if that didn’t work they would need to adjust it. I went back 2 weeks later and I had it adjusted. Over the next few days the pain increased and an abscess was forming. I went back for an emergency post opt appointment where they did x-rays and the dental assistant mentioned to the doctor that “it wasn’t like that last time”. At which point I was told I would need a root canal that was $2700 but they were calling me in a prescription. The prescription never arrived and I had to call back to remind them to send over the prescription. The morning of my root canal. I arrived to my appointment. I was checked in and I waited 20 minutes before the front desk clerk Informed me that I couldn’t have the root canal because it was $2700 and I would need to pay half upfront. I told her I was aware of the cost and was ready to make half the payment. The payment was processed and I continued to wait. After waiting for 40 minutes, I asked the front desk if she knew how long it would be before I was seen. She wasn’t sure and at this point I was already disappointed at the service I had received. I asked for my money back so that I could see someone else, but I was informed they would have to put in a request to refund my money and it was something they couldn’t do in the office. I was Given the runaround so many times and I could never talk to someone about the service I received. No one calls you back and you have to call every day to get an update which isn’t clear. I had to wait almost a month to receive my refund back. They exhausted my insurance on the x-rays that they took after They clearly messed up my mouth. I do not recommend this office or the company As they are horrible at communicating with their clients. There’s a lot more reasons why not to go but my overall experience just wasn’t what I expected.
