After over 30 years with a dental practice I loved, my dentist retired. After a year giving the new dentists and practitioners a chance, it was clear that I needed to start fresh. I looked at several offices in Middlesex County and struck the lottery when I visited Middlesex Dental Associates. Everything about this practice is top notch - from the immaculate space to the amazing staff and the exceptional Dr. Brainard - look no further. This practice is utterly amazing.

Dr. Anthony Onofreo is phenomenal, I appreciate his excellent attention to detail, and that he and his staff go above and beyond for their patients.The office appears to be out of an architectural digest magazine. Each room has huge immaculate plate glass windows with bird feeders right outside. Also, the entire staff is warm and welcoming. I can't say enough about the team here. Thanks so much!

I’ve been with Middlesex dental Associates for over 20 years, I have hand dental work done, consisting of crowns cavities filled and tooth repaired And cleanings I wouldn’t think to go to anybody else. The Doctors an office receptionist are kind considerate don’t rush you answer all your questions and make you feel very comfortable when there working on your teeth there a state of the art practice the bestThank you again, Marcia.
