I received a text message to provide feedback on my visit today so I’ll do just that. I visited this office for a reevaluation of an existing root canal, and my experience with Dr. Isler was far from positive. He was condescending and unprofessional, dismissing my questions and comparing my concerns about an infection to having cancer. Such a comparison is highly inappropriate, especially when discussing a prognosis that can be efficiently cured with treatment. Comments like that, along with other remarks, were uncalled for. As a specialist, I expected a higher level of professionalism and care when seeking help from a medical professional. The delivery of the prognosis was handled poorly. That said, I highly recommend the doctors at their Waterford Lakes office. They are kind, professional, and provide a much better patient experience.
