Welcome to the dental office of Michelle A. Jacques DDS, located at 1853 Peeler Rd # A, Atlanta, GA 30338, USA. As a local Dental Clinic, Dr. Jacques' practice provides dental services to the Atlanta community.
Information regarding the clinic's environment is not explicitly detailed in the reviews. However, the feedback focuses on specific aspects of the dental care provided.
One patient recounts a negative experience with a dental crown. They reported that after the initial crown did not fit properly and was adjusted, instead of fabricating a new one, the dentist ground it down to the metal substructure. This resulted in a visible black spot on the tooth ten years later. According to this patient, every dentist they have seen since has stated that a new crown should have been made at the time. This review raises concerns about the quality of restorative work performed by Dr. Jacques in this instance. In contrast, another patient had a very positive experience with a dental hygienist named Kristen. This patient described Kristen as "amazing," "so friendly," and "extremely gentle" during their teeth cleaning, expressing a desire to have her as their hygienist for all future visits.
Key features of Dr. Jacques' practice, based on the provided reviews, present a mixed picture. One potential concern is the reported issue with a dental crown that was allegedly mishandled, leading to a long-term aesthetic problem and the opinion of other dentists that the initial treatment was inadequate. On a positive note, the clinic employs a dental hygienist named Kristen who is highly praised for her friendly and gentle approach to teeth cleaning.
Currently, there is no promotional information available. Local users in Atlanta, GA, seeking a Dental Clinic should note the contrasting experiences shared in the reviews. While one patient had a significantly negative outcome with a crown procedure, another highly recommends the hygienist, Kristen. Individuals may want to inquire about the dentists performing specific procedures and potentially request appointments with the highly recommended hygienist for cleaning services.

Michelle A. Jacques DDS Reviews
Dr A had been 'advising' me to have my wisdom teeth pulled for years. I was reluctant because they weren't causing problems. On a recent checkup he told me that he had to pull one of my wisdom teeth to fill a cavity in the tooth next to it. Something didn't feel right because after I agreed I could have sworn I saw him smirk. I put down to him winning a little battle of will that had been going on for years. I was philosophical about it because I couldn't imagine that I was being duped. On the day of the procedure, the nurse said that she was "just going to numb me up for my fillings". I asked the nurse if they were going to pull the wisdom tooth first, she said no, "fillings first" I told the nurse and then Dr A what I was told originally and Dr A told that I was clearly mistaken about what I had heard first time. So he compounded his lie by calling me a liar.We put trust in our medical professionals, Dr A should be ashamed of himself.
Oct 07, 2014 · A Google UserDr. A and Dr. J are amazing professionals! If you are worried about going to the dentist because of COVID-19 don't be. They are masked and gloved and face-shielded up! I felt very comfortable. Compassion, Professionalism, and Excellent Care!
