On August 14th, 2024 I had an appointment scheduled for October 14 (two months ahead) it was on a Monday because my wife I both have that day off. After having this appointment for over two months they call me on October 8th to tell me my appointment is now cancelled even though my wifes appointment for the same day was not. We explain we both have Monday off and need that day and are told my next available appointment will be December 14th! I understand things come up but how unprofessional to expect me to wait an additional two months. We canceled and will not be back.
