Great customer service. Dental cleaning is the best. My first deep cleaning was pleasant. Also I was seen right away regarding issues with my crown. They fit me on the same day I called. I really appreciate how knowledgeable in explaining their procedures before implementing it. I feel comfortable receiving care under Dr Browner and her staff. I will keep returning! I can’t recommend this dental office enough. I am someone who has struggled with severe anxiety/panic attacks and agoraphobia where I could barely leave my house (I also avoided going to the dentist for over 10 years). Even though we have lived across town from Mesa I will make the drive because that’s how amazing they all are. Dr. Browner answered her personal phone on a weekend and took the time to hear my unique situation I was in and how terrified I was to be seen for the first time in 10+ years, so she opened her office to me on a Sunday when she’s closed to check out my tooth situation. Her and her assistant were SO kind, warm, and empathetic towards me. They immediately made me feel safe and comfortable with them. My emergency tooth situation was unfortunately not something Dr. Browner could do in her office, but she recommended me to the most amazing Oral Surgery center that took such great care of me and gave me, what felt like could be a nightmare experience, and was such an amazing one. Since then I had 9 cavities left that needed to be filled that Dr. Browner was able to help me with. She has the absolute BEST bedside manner, she genuinely and wholeheartedly cares about you on a human/soul level, your comfort and your experience. If you’re someone like me who avoids the dentist and easily has panic attacks having to go, trust me, she is the best doctor you could ever have. Also, her other doctor, Dr. RJ is absolutely amazing as well. I was worried when he had to do 4 of my cavities that he wouldn’t be as empathic and warm, but if anything he was so comforting, patient, sweet and helped me feel at ease the whole time. I also can’t say enough about her whole dental assisting team & staff. Everyone there always has a smile on their face, is so kind and helpful and makes me you feel like you have the absolute best people around you. I LOVE MESA DENTAL. I will forever be a patient here and I look forward to going to the dentist now because of all of them. ♥️🙏🏼

I went to this dentist due to the many positive reviews, and I am so glad, I did!Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The place is super nice, clean and packed with all the latest equipment.You will get a treatment plan with costs included, very transparent, and also not expensive.I was terrified about the deep cleaning due to some painful past experiences. I told the staff about my concern, especially the numbing. She offered to just apply a topical, and that was a gamechanger for me! The whole experience was super ok, my gums and teeth didn’t hurt, it wasn’t painful.Thank you!!!If you need a dentist, choose Mesa Dental! ❤️
