I was referred to him for a second opinion as my daughter had an impacted tooth that needed an expensive orthodontic treatment that will run for around two years process. He treated my daughter as his own daughter. He showed us other cases similar to my daughter and went through all the details and the options we may have. He didn't want to make a finial recommendation before requesting a 3D scan, that give him a better idea about the position of the impacted tooth, and also get a consultation from an oral surgeon as well, even though I have already provided him with pictures and reports from the other office and the dentist. Before I leave his office in our first visit, we left with the a letter from his office for the different treatment options and the different payment plan options. Second day, he called me and told me that he already have talked to the surgeon and explained to him the situation. After he got all the facts from the scan and the surgeon, he made his final recommendation to us which is the best option to my daughter that also saved us a two years of doctor visits and lots of money. He is a very honest, professional, kind and knowledgeable person that looks up for the best to his patients not the best to his office. He will spend whatever time needed to his patient either on the phone or at the office and will follow up with any details ASAP as needed. He also has just an amazing professional office team that is very helpful. I totally a 100% recommend Dr. Giordano and his office. Thank you so much Dr. Giordano!!!!"
