Moved to the area in June & found them online. Called & got an appointment fairly quickly. When I went in for my initial exam, I was aware that I would need a deep cleaning due to the amount of time since my last cleaning. Everyone was friendly & the facility was clean. I knew my insurance was going to run out in a few months & was told that they would attempt to work me in. I didn't receive a call back until after I questioned it when I went in to pay my remaining balance. Someone finally called, but I had to decline the time & date offered due to work. 2 months and no other calls later, I called to give them my new dental insurance information. I was told that the plan I had chosen wouldn't cover my deep cleaning. So, I asked for out of pocket cost & was told someone would call me. I'm still waiting almost a month later. I'll find someone else.
