My daughter is going here for her braces and I'm not very happy with the whole process so far. When I signed her on, I had no idea that the ONLY day the Dr is available for me to take my daughter in is Monday! This is very inconvenient since she has school and sport activities making it VERY hard to bring her in for her check up. My daughter also complains that her whole experience with the braces was not pleasant. The Dr doesn't really know what she's doing. There are no color bands or other items offer for patient to use like floss etc. like at other braces place. I haven't seen any changes to her teeth at all and it's already been 1 year and a half. The only good thing was the office used to be close to where we live so at least that was convenient. Now they moved to a new location so the only good thing left is now gone too.😖☹😭 Even my son finds it painful to go for his regular teeth cleaning checkup. 😔😞😖
