If I could give Dr Nashed’s office less than 0 stars, I would do so without hesitation. My son was referred to Dr Nashed’s office for oral surgery. Ahead of the surgery, communication was clear and straightforward. On the day of the surgery, things took a much different and unprofessional turn.We arrived early, but the office representative was rude and told us we needed to wait for the doctor. When the doctor finally arrived, he walked past us, failing to acknowledge me and my visibly anxious son. When the dental technician arrived, her attitude was the same; she did not even look at us.At this point, I need to acknowledge the anesthesiologist and her team. They were excellent, kind, compassionate, and professional. They were not Dr. Nashed’s office employees but rather a separate provider.After the procedure, Dr. Nashed did not speak with me again, even though he walked past me. His bedside manner was poor at best, and he displayed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism.I could stop there. However, my interaction with the office got worse. I had been trying to work with the office regarding an out-of-pocket insurance overpayment for nearly five months. During that time, I made dozens of phone calls and sent numerous emails with no responses. When I finally spoke with someone, I am guessing the receptionist, she was beyond rude and threatened to hang up on me. After that exchange, I escalated the situation with my insurance company; it was only after the insurance company informed Dr. Nashed’s office, they were in a potential breach of contract that steps were taken to remedy the situation.As with previous negative reviews, I am sure Dr Nashed’s office will claim no record of me or my son being a patient; however, as the contemporary phrase goes, I have receipts.If you are looking for a kind, compassionate, professional dentist or oral surgeon, I implore you to look elsewhere. I have had more professional and empathetic experiences at urgent care, emergency room, and even the local 7-Eleven. The situation with the insurance overpayment was the final straw, resulting in my writing this review.

Very rude staff and SCAMMERS. Dr. Nashed did not speak to me AT ALL the day of my son's oral surgey OR post-surgery! ON TOP OF THAT they are refusing to reimburse me for my out-of-pocket costs that my EOB stated I was owed. I have been working with Aetna to resolve this matter and they agree Dr. Nashed's office is in potential breach of their contract with them (Aetna)! This has been going on for OVER 4 months now and they still refuse to reimburse me! I cannot believe they are playing games like this -it's more than unprofessional. Don't be scammed by this office- save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!
