I have never had a root canal before, and truth be told I was very nervous. Dr.Aljanedi had excellent bed side manner, made me very comfortable, and it was a painless procedure. I am very pleased and pleasantly surprised! And the reception staff is great 😁

The dentist who does root canals wasn't there the day I was scheduled. I was scheduled specifically on a certain day that the dentist was supposed to be there, so I wasn't able to get my root canal. Another dentist filled it temporarily, but I now have to come back to get the root canal done. So far not a great start as a new patient. I feel like it's unprofessional for the dentist who was supposed to be there to do my root canal didn't show up.

Today I had an appointment with Dr. Fox at Marina Dentistry. It was the most pleasant visit I paid to a dentist in a long time. The clinic was clean and organized, the wait time was very acceptable, the receptionist was so polite and helpful, the doctor’s assistant was very sweet and gentle, and the icing on the cake was Dr. Fox! She is polite, professional, sweet and patient. She took her time examining me and gave me a detailed description of my situation. All in the most gentle and friendly manner. Thank you so much doctor🙏and keep up the good work.

It is always a great experience at this dentist! My kids have been going here since their very first checkup and now they are older teens/young adults. We love this dentist!!

This was my first time there - and definitely will be the last time. The Doctor came in and examined my XRays and just disappeared. Then a guy comes in and tell me ok you are all done you can leave. When I go to the front desk, there was an extremely rude lady with no empathy at all and no customer experience knowledge, who tole me I need an in-lay and it will be $800 out of pocket and not covered by Insurance. Root canal is covered by Insurance but we wont do it, we will dig in your tooth and gums (which would mean I agree to pay $800 already) then determine if we will do root canal. WTH???I would expect a much more professional experience. This place sucks, please save your time and money and dont even think about going there.I will now find another Dentistry who has a much more sensible Doctor and staff.Good Bye Marina Dentistry ... you guys are a joke!

Today's visit went well. There was a new woman there again. There seems to be a very high turnover rate there. It's not the same as when I first started coming years ago. This woman who did my cleaning said she is a temp. She did a great job and was kind and quick.

I scheduled an appointment 4 weeks in advance, but it was canceled at the last minute, with the claim that I was not assigned to their clinic. I called the insurance 5 times, and each time they confirmed that I was indeed assigned to this clinic. Furthermore, if the clinic didn’t have my documents, they should have contacted the insurance themselves to request them, but instead, they simply refused to see me.When I went to the clinic, I called the insurance again, and they confirmed they would send the documents. However, the clinic never received them. I explained that the insurance said the clinic should request the documents themselves, but no one even tried to do that.
