The wait time is just awful.i got upset cause the dentist said she's was gonna do only one tooth on my grandson after we spoke about doing 2 cause he's autistic and it's hard to get him to these appointments. She said she had other patients well mind you I wait close to an hour and a half for him to be called back so your rushing me but yet I had to wait that long ? We'll after letting her know how I feel she did both the teeth.also I just don't think k they handle special needs kids very well. I don't feel we will be going back I want someone for him that will make a dental visit more friendly so children don't have a problem with having to go the next time. Also I feel they do this cause then they can just keep billing insurance companies if they do one by one. I am not happy at all.

Ivan is amazing! My daughter is scared of going to the dentist and even cries. He was so patient and gentle with her. Made her laugh and explained what they were going to do in a way she could easily understand.

I just want to thank Alex the office manager and his staff with their patience and professionalism. As well as Orthodontist Dr. Freedman and his staff for their patience and accommodations.
