They've canceled and rescheduled 3 appointments now for basic cleanings. They used to be good and my first time fit me in in less than 2 weeks. But now you're 3-4 months out if they have an issue with your appointment.Not to mention surprise fees after an appointment after they assured you your appointment was covered.Also, their parking lot is usually overcrowded and sucks to get in and out of. The clinic itself would be an easy payday for any ADA lawyer.

I'm not sure what has changed in the last year, but the cleanings have gone downhill. Between my husband and myself, we have had three different hygienists. We get in and out in 35 minutes or less, with xrays! The cleaning lasts 10 minutes. If I'm paying you to clean, I expect something more than I can do at home. Because all the hygienists are doing the same level of cleaning, I believe it is policy. I want to feel slick, clean teeth when I leave. Not a normal, at home, clean.

He left pleased with the results and happy to return in the future. We look forward to continuing with Magnolia Dental. Sometimes the kindness and patience is all a kid needs to find their courage and get through a procedure that could have been so much more uncomfortable for a child. Great staff=Great results.

Dental Hygienist Whitney was stellar. Please ensure to keep her with the highest pay raises. Suburb care and bed side manner. The new Dr/ Dentist was great too. Hopefully, the clinic won’t overturn like every other time I’ve visited. They are great!
