I was passively and aggressively fired as a client by letter after missing an appointment. I was a client for over 15 years where I was cancelled on several times on the same day. One day I arrived 5 minutes late and they had a lot of people waiting to check in. Normally I had never seen so many people waiting but it was not my fault. I had to wait 20 minutes and when they attended to me they did not want to attend to me because the time had already passed. Some time later I called to cancel my appointment the same day because I had covid to which the receptionist responded very rudely and then I received the letter that they could not attend to me anymore. 😡
