Louisburg Family Dental is the best dental shop I have been to. The staff takes care of each patient with care and attention. Dr. Melissa is the best and always takes the time to answer any questions! The front staff is also amazing with scheduling. This practice completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. I always know I’ll be seeing the same provider, rather than passed around based on convenience for the staff, so I don’t have to spend extra time rehashing my history for someone completely disconnected from my case. They know me, and every appointment we can pick right back up where we left off last time. That means I also trust their advice. When they suggest a treatment, I don’t feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need. Because we have a working relationship, I trust their opinion. And because they know what they’re doing, they don’t have to be pushy and aggressive about treatment; their confidence and their track record with me and my family give me all the reassurance I need. The staff is smart and gentle and engaged with me as a person, rather than a bottom line. I’m blown away by the difference between Louisburg Family Dental and my old dentist and I wish we’d switched sooner.
