I went to her 7/15/24 for routine fillings, and she used an unlicensed dental assistant (her office manager, Cora Reed). Lori was visibly angry during the procedure and started snatching equipment from Reed's hands and sort of dropping it toward her when she was done with it - so essentially they were playing tug of war with dental equipment about six inches above my face. Eventually, because of this stellar hand-off method, they dropped dental equipment on my face. Lori also didn't use cotton to control saliva during the procedure and kept wiping her hands on her lab coat and returning them to my mouth, which personally, I found repulsive. Reed even asked if she wanted a towel to wipe off her hands, and Lori declined, preferring to use her lab coat."

The same reviewer also raised concerns about personal questions and condescending treatment, stating, "Additionally, both Lori and her staff asked incredibly unnecessary and personal questions during a routine visit. Most of my first visit with her was her asking invasive questions about the medications I'm on and conditions I have that have absolutely nothing to do with dental health. Her office has an open-office setup and you can hear everything anyone says in the exam rooms, waiting room, etc., from anywhere else in the office, so this was embarrassing, but I felt obligated to answer her questions. It felt like a weird power play and/or like she was pretending to be a doctor or something."
