I had a dental infection but, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, none of the dentists that I called would see me. They all told me that they were only opening up to handle true dental emergencies and for existing patients only (no new patients at all). I was desperate and a friend suggested I contact LiveDentist.com to see if they could help me.I responded to the questions posed to me on-line (e.g., what was my issue, medicines being taken, known allergies, etc.) and the Chat Person, Phoebe, told me they would be paging a dentist for me. It was shortly thereafter that Phoebe contacted me via e-mail to let me know that the dentist had reviewed all the information provided, had prescribed a dental rinse and antibiotics to eliminate the infection, and that the prescription had been forwarded to my regular pharmacy (who delivers). I contacted LiveDentist.com on a Wednesday night (late, late) and on Friday morning I received my filled prescriptions.I cannot thank Phoebe enough for her kindness, empathy, compassion, and professionalism (I knew within minutes of our chat that I was in good hands and that she was going to ensure I got the help I needed) as well as the dentist who so responsively reviewed my situation and who wrote up a prescription to alleviate the infection. The entire experience was wonderful. No stress, treated with kindness and compassion, and the issue handled in an extremely responsive manner. Oh, and it really and truly was only $49 for their service. I can't express how grateful I am that they were there for me when no one else was.

I had just tested positive for Covid and was not able to go into my dentist's office, I developed an infection in my gums. I found LiveDentist through a google search and was able to provide my symptoms, snap a picture of my gums and they called in a prescription for an anti-biotic. It was easy to navigate and set up my account. I would recommend them to anyone who is not able to get into their dentist's office. It was a great experience.

This was a great experience, nice and quick and easy. Had wisdom tooth pain (I’m getting them removed but cannot do it for a little while) and they got me everything I needed to fight that pain.

This is a scam. They ask all your info payment info of course put you in a waiting room to kick you out cancel your call and still charge you I have contacted the BBB.
