I've been a patient of this clinic for more than 10 years and recently had a very unfortunate visit. I normally have a good experience with this clinic. However, recently when I tried to inquire details about a mouth guard purchased last year, they couldn't provide any information. They have given me the run around for the month of October. I've been in contact with Lakeview Edgewater and with Lola at the Belmont location since Oct 4th. I find it really odd that after paying them more than $500 for a mouth guard they don't want to take responsibility.My mouthguard doesn't fit as it it should, and the only solution from them was to make another in house for the cost of a new one. Why would I make that decision again? The doctor that saw me had no clue why my mouth guard was defective.My previous mouthguard, from them, lasted me more than 5 years!! I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else in the near future. I would suggest going to manufacturers directly. Companies such as Remi can give you the same service. I asked to speak with Dr. Grace Lee, but was not able to nor was I able to speak to their accountant/billing department.I started going to their Edgewater location only because the hygienist is good!I've been fortunate to find the dental office of (former doctor at LVS) Dr. Melinda Rosen. She is taking in new patients. If you were her patient in the past, I would highly recommend her. She is now in Lincoln Square neighborhood.

I had an excellent experience with my dental hygienist Cynthia during my recent appointment. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire cleaning process.
