Patients report frequent and excessive appointment delays, with some waiting over an hour past their scheduled time. Instances of the dentist leaving during procedures and attending to personal errands during scheduled appointments have also been reported.
Scheduling issues are a recurring theme, with appointments being rescheduled at short notice and difficulties in contacting the office. The practice is described as unorganized and chaotic, leading to a breakdown of trust between patients and the dental team.
Customer reviews emphasize the negative experiences and dissatisfaction of patients. One reviewer stated, "I am giving this place one star because the staff is nice. When I first started going to this dental office, I never had any issues. However, within the last few years the service has declined. The first red flag was when I was getting a cavity filled and the dentist did not have any hygienists or assistants helping him. The dentist left the room multiple times as I was sitting in the chair with the dental block and other dental equipment in my mouth. I should have found a new dental clinic after this but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Most recently, I had an appointment for a cavity filling scheduled at 10 AM. I waited in the lobby 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment when I finally decided to ask the front desk person how much longer it would be. The front desk person went to check and told me that the dentist was at the bank and wouldn't be any longer than 30 minutes. The bank? Really? The staff could probably tell I was annoyed and took me back to the dental chair to sit and wait. I waited another 35 minutes and the dentist still was not there. I waited over one hour and 20 minutes past my SCHEDULED dentist appointment that had been scheduled for over a month. I finally left and rescheduled. I got a voicemail the day before my rescheduled appointment saying the dentist was going to be late and they needed to reschedule my appointment again. I tried to call back 4 times on 2 different days DURING BUSINESS HOURS and no one answered the phone. Safe to say I will never be going back here."
Another patient shared, "One star because the staff are very nice, but this is literally the worst experience I had at a dentist. I had 2 appointments here. The first appointment, I arrived 30 minutes early to complete paperwork (they tell you to come 15 minutes early). I was checked in, but wasn't given any paperwork until 5 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. My appointment started 30 minutes late, but then I had to wait another 30 minutes for the doctor. So at total I am there now for over 1.5 hours... But after yesterday.... oh boy. I went back for my wisdom teeth extraction. My appointment was at 3pm, I sat in the lobby until 4pm, and by 5pm the procedure had not yet started. After waiting for 2 hours, I decided to leave with a referral instead..."
