This is a wonderful Dental office. Laura and Catherine are always so kind, friendly, thoughtful. The entire team treat patients the way that they themselves would like their own family members treated.I remember more than 15 years ago, I met Dr. Gordon Wiltshire. He recognized that being in a dental office causes me stress. He put his hand on my shoulder and somehow I could feel his compassion through that brief touch. I will never forget it. This Doctor truly cared about his patients. Of course, Dr Wiltshire retired over ten years ago. But, the atmosphere and compassion remain the same. I saw Dr Branen… today. I only had to wait one day to get an appointment. That is truly amazing, and I appreciate it so much. Dr Branen.. was kind, patient and very very good at his job. This is the best dental group that I have ever gone to. Laura and Catherine also went out of their way to help me understand my new dental insurance. A HUGE thankyou!

We were referred to Dr. Branen by a long time resident of LO after moving here from out of state. He is a fabulous dentist, personable, honest and skilled. Our older school age children also attend their office, admittedly they handle the dentist with ease and I didn’t feel the need to seek out a pediatric dentist. He takes great care of all four of us. We’ve only been here a short while, but I feel genuinely cared for as a patient (s). I highly recommend Dr. Branen and his office , they are all lovely.

I swapped to this practice after having a terrible experience at my last dentist where I felt like they had to make a quota and cleaning was so painful. What a stark difference in care at Lake Grove. They were gentle and very caring throughout my entire cleaning and always made sure I felt comfortable and offered alternatives (I didn’t need to take any!). Definitely recommend Lake Grove if you’ve had negative experiences at other practices!
