I had a dental semi emergency, and called La Costa Family Dental (as a new patient) and they got me in that same afternoon! I have dental anxiety due to past treatment and De Vaccaro was so understanding and showed such empathy, I made it through the procedure with very little trouble. Thank you!

I had an emergency need and didn’t have insurance. When I called in, my first contact was Carrie, she explained everything and was very helpful by directing me in next steps. I was seen the same day and the entire office was a compassionate and positive vibe. They gave me time to consider options and were honest about costs, which they offered me a considerable discount I might add.I’m a highly anxious patient and the hygienist, X-ray and assistant were all super kind. Dr. Dharia was very honest in the procedure difficulties and attentive to my needs as a concerned patient. The procedure went very well considering the factors.The day after I received a text from Claire and she was also kind and wanted to know how I was.The level of dedication in this office is outstanding.

They constantly try to overbill us for something I already paid for 8 months ago. I overpaid out of pocket for a deep cleaning in November 2023 after insurance paid them so much already and they keep harassing us to pay more again even though I have proof and receipts of payments from the credit card.
