At my first visit I felt that the periodontist was rude and did not know how to properly ask someone about their medical conditions. I wish I would’ve listened to my gut and found a different doctor right away, but I went through with the procedure. I ended up having 3 different procedures done and was still having issues. The periodontist told me “there’s nothing we can do except wait 5 years until your teeth fall out and then do a bridge”. That was the last time I went to that office. I found a new provider, informed him of my issues and what I had done and he told me that he would’ve never suggested the first procedure. So on top of all the time and money I wasted with KOP periodontics, I had one final procedure with my new doctor which consisted of first fixing what this doctor did and everyone is so much better now (and I didn’t have to wait 5 years for my teeth to fall out). I giving 2 stars because although I didn’t like the doctor, I did really like the other staff. They were very nice and helpful and they probably answered more of my questions than the periodontist did. I’m just glad I never have to go back there again."
