They were able to fit me in the same day for a filling and did a great job. I just wish they would accept more insurances other than Cigna and very few UHC plans. If you don't have Cigna or an insurance they accept they do offer their own plan but it is $37 per person per month.

I saw Kathy today and let me tell you she changed my whole mindset about the dentist! I have very bad sensory issues and going to the dentist hasn’t ever been my favorite thing but she made me feel calm and was super friendly the whole time ! Not to mention the whole staff was so kind and friendly and helpful! thank you guys!

I have no doubt that this practice continues to be as warm, friendly, and successful as it was when I first started going there a few years ago. I was Dr. Santiago's patient and from the very beginning, I was treated with respect and kindness. The whole office went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a patient. If I could, I would travel back to CT just to continue being seen there. Dr. Santiago has since retired, but I know how much work and care she put into finding the best new dentists out there for her patients. Beautiful Smiles treated my sister (also a patient) and I like family. Thank you so much, Beautiful Smiles and Dr. Santiago, for all your hard work and dedication!PS: it literally does feel like you're going to a relaxation retreat when you first step in!

I am so happy with my dental care. Dr Santiago and her team are so thorough and strive for perfection. My husband is now her patient and I brought my kids who are all very happy to be under Dr Santiago's care. Dr Santiago is unique in that she gives the personal touch: she calls to check on her patients after procedures (this is rare), she has the latest and greatest technology and she is meticulous. It's obvious that her staff loves working there, too. The hygienists, dental assistant, and business associates are kind, caring, and knowledgeable.
