Great dentist. Motivating guy. Awesome team. Dr. Kasprzak has been my family's dentist for the past five years and I foresee us remaining with him forever. He's such a nice guy to talk to... incredibly knowledgable and patient. He replaced a cracked metal filling, with a new composite filling, in minutes without a single bit of pain or discomfort. And, he seems to hire the most polite and thorough dental hygienists. Every cleaning I've had was detailed without the slightest ounce of discomfort. Dr. Kasprzak is the first doctor that has given us his cell phone number, and has been there for us, on the weekends for follow-ups and to answer questions. Oh, and if you watch his blog and Facebook page, his participation in marathons and Ironman triathlons are also quite motivating. Great guy all around.

Very rarely do I write reviews but I feel that the low standard of ethical and business practices of this dental office warrant one. Dr. Kasprzak placed a crown for me in April of 2019. The crown has detached 3 times. It seems to me like the dentist should have completely replaced the crown the second time it fell off instead of carelessly recementing what a second and third opinion have deemed as a defective crown. Upon calling to discuss my options with the practice I was notified that I was dismissed from the practice for two no shows in 2019 and that a letter was sent that I never received. I was also advised that the practice only guarantees crowns for 1 year (1 year and 3 months bad pass since getting the crown) so nothing would have been done to help me in any case. Having been left pretty surprised by the obvious lack of responsibility, empathy, and apologeticness the practice is taking I asked the office manager, Cacy, if she was aware of how they are coming off from a business and ethical standpoint to which she responded “I am ___ years old; I think I know how this appears.” Since most dental insurance plans don’t cover two crowns for the same tooth within a 5 year period I will now be paying for another crown entirely out of pocket.
