Most of the reception staff was friendly and communicative. Dr. Jody was brusk, impersonal and rushed. I was told my procedures would take approximately 2 hours each. Dr. Jody finished the first one in 45 minutes. Okay. Maybe he’s faster and more efficient than average.The next procedure by a different tech took an hour and a half. Great job. No problem. Too bad there was a 45 minute party going on between several of the female and male staff during my procedure to which the tech and I were not invited.I was told today would be an evaluation only. Half hour into the unscheduled TEETH CLEANING, after the two techs social time that took place above my gaping mouth, after several woundings by the girl with the steel pick, I had enough and walked out.Did I get the feeling from this clinic that I was a mere money dispenser? Yeah, thanks for asking. Did they do a good job? I couldn’t tell you. What I can say is that I was offended by the flirting and reminiscing and the inside joking while I waited for the 20-something’s to continue with their inept scraping, digging and sucking. I won’t be back - but they couldn’t care less.

The care I received from Doctor Jody B Vance was exceptional. They listened attentively to my concerns and answered all my questions. The entire team at the clinic starting from the front desk to the back displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
