So this is my second visit to this dentist office. I waited to leave a review until I had gone 2xs. No one was rude. I was advised of services that I would benefit from, but not forced to purchase any. My teeth were cleaned properly and thoroughly . The staff was really nice and responsive. Dr. Edwards was really nice and answered all of my questions. She was really professional and gave superior service. It's nice to have a conversation while getting checked instead of awkward silence. I will definitely be back!

Awful staff that are so unhelpful. My wife and I have been patients of Jett Ferry for many years. The golden age of this Dental office that doesn't exist anymore. Today we spoke with the person at the front desk named Lori, about getting pricing on a crown that I had done a few years ago. She was completely and utterly unwilling to help with no explanation, just plain unhelpful and unfriendly. This place is NOTHING like it used to be, not to mention the 10 minute hold time. We will never return purely because of how bad this office is now run. This isn't our first experience of this place being a hot mess. And friends have also shared their recent issues and have stopped going too. What a shame.
