I'm guessing that they are extremely short staffed. Appointment at 1pm. Called back at 1:55pm. I say 10 mins on paperwork so a pretty long wait. But seems that my kids were waiting for the 2 patients in the back to be dismissed. I'm guessing they only have 2 rooms and 2 dental assistants? Not sure, my first time here. I would have booked a different day if given a choice. The staff was nice. Tayde is great

Everyone very helpful and nice I was nervous with it being my first time . They take there time haloing you understand the issue and then make sure before you leave every thing is taken care of . As a younger adult you appreciate good customer service great staff 🤝

Absolutely not. I had an appt to get a cracked tooth pulled at 9. There was one other patient there. No hygienist. One dentist. That's it. I left at 2 pm after having what is possibly the worst extraction I've ever had. Not only was it painful and literally almost standing on a chair with some pliers to pull out my roots.. 3 hours later I went to urgent care because my tounge was so swollen I couldn't breathe and it come out of my mouth. Had a fever of 102, vomiting, chills. Was diagnosed with bacteremia. Was given steroids and a stronger antibiotic. Now I can barely open my jaw because of the swelling and pain, I've had no food at all in the week since the procedure. Pus is now flowing from the extraction site. I know they're gonna tell me to call their 972 number and not care, but hopefully y'all just beware of them.

The staff at the front counter in this office is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Be aware. And once they read this review they'll know who they are. The conversations that they have while visitors are in the waiting room will make you clutch your pearls. They also have one lady at the front who sighs and groans and moans as if she doesn't want to be there, and you'll know exactly who I'm referring to if you do decide to ignore this review and try this office out. Remember my words.

My experience with this place is horrible 😞 I was leaded wrong from the very beginning. I would not recommend them to anyone. The doctor you started with never saw him again. I was told, the person I would see was very good the woman extracted 4 teeth and broke one while trying to pull it,that extraction it gave me H__LL.WHEN the numbness wore off the dentures was cutting into my gums . I went back SERVERAL TIMES before I could get some relief.I still can't chew my food 😫 so I went back to get fitted for more dentures waited from 6-10-24 to 7-15-24 called to see if they was ready and they told me that I didn't get sized up for dentures. I KNOW I DID!!!!The pain ,trouble and time with Jefferson dental has been a lot. SO SAVE YOURSELF BECAUSE THEY ACT LIKE THEY CARE BUT THERE SERVES IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
