Always a pleasure with Dr. Murray; Victoria”Tori” the dental assistant has phenomenal customer service and team support. I enjoyed her service and conversation, very kind and well mannered young lady. I hope she advances in her career field. Seemingly Dr. Murray has someone that methodically picks great hygienist and assistants for patient care.The front desk area is a less desirable experience, there is one individual in particular that does not seem to take her job seriously, she is very disorganized; calling you back and forth to the desk for trivial things 4-5 times is enough to make anyone feel quickly annoyed.Listening and communicating with the patients is pivotal in having an effective business relationship whether it’s on the phone or face to face. Coming into contact with such an individual could give the impression that the entire office is in disarray and in accordance to the front desk experience. It will make you second guess your visit if you weren’t sure on a 1st visit or didn’t get to meet the staff actually doing the physical dental care.I assure you, Dr. Murray is fantastic and such a gentleman; he does great work.

He takes the time to explain each step of the process and answers all my questions thoroughly.Whether for a routine cleaning or a more serious issue, the entire team—from the front desk to the assistants—provides excellent care! They truly are an asset to the community.

I've been a patient of Dr. Murray for 20+ years and have always been well served by the him and his staff. Dr. Murray is the absolutely best in professionalism and making his patients feel at ease. I wouldn't trade him for any other practitioner, and my hygienist Patricia is absolutely great.
