My overall experience as a patient at Itani Dental is nothing short of exceptional. I have had anxiety going to the dentist since childhood but Dr. Itani and his team have been instrumental in making me feel comfortable and at ease from when I first came in for consultation at the beginning of this year to now. They worked with me and accommodated my request from the get-go (within reason) which gave me the confidence to finally go through the procedure... a major oral surgery for implants on both the upper and lower arches which I kept putting off for years. This process requires a lot of visits and time in between for gums and implants to heal. I will be receiving my permanent implants in a few weeks and I couldn't be more excited. My oral health is back in tip top shape, I can enjoy eating my favorite foods, and yes you guessed it... I can smile again with confidence. This was our first visit and consultation. We live 2.5 hours away from SF, but this was worth the trip. Our special needs adult daughter requires general anesthesia, in hospital dentistry.... Itani Dental offers this specialized treatment.The entire staff was very warm and professional. The consultation was better than expected and the general treatment plan was far less aggressive than a previous dental practice suggested. We are grateful to have found Itani.

Dr. Itani and his staff are absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, detailed, compassionate, efficient, kind, and professional. They also answered all of our questions thoroughly and with respect, and provided an atmosphere of confidence and comfort for us. They provided a treatment plan that we could easily understand.

I can't recommend this dental practice enough after being a patient for over 5 years. The quality of care is consistently excellent, with gentle and knowledgeable hygienists who make cleanings a comfortable experience. The dentist is equally skilled and professional - I've had multiple procedures done including cleanings, cosmetic fillings, and retainer fittings, all with great results.What really sets them apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff is proactive with appointment reminders and incredibly helpful with insurance matters. They truly go above and beyond - when I had an issue with my retainer fit, they provided a completely new set at no charge to ensure I was fully satisfied.The entire team genuinely cares about patient satisfaction and comfort. After trying several dentists over the years, I can confidently say this is the best dental practice I've experienced. If you're looking for a new dentist, don't hesitate to give them a try!

I am a difficult dental patient! I recently needed to find a new dentist - someone who was experienced with patients like myself. I have had two separate sessions at Itani where I was anesthetized during procedures. They both went very smoothly. Yesterday I had a routine teeth-cleaning (which has often difficult for me elsewhere) and it was the easiest ever, even with a hygienist who had no experience with me and my quirky problems. I recommend this office to everyone.

I highly recommend Itani Dental. The staff are all very professional, kind, and helpful. Lakien and Erika were very helpful in answering any questions or concerns I had. My dental Dental Hygienist Lauren is amazing and great to work with. The whole staff create a cheerful and calming environment that makes it very worth your while.
