Got a cap put in. They were friendly and it was nice they had the cap maker right in office. They didn't set the tooth dry to make sure it was the right height so they had to shave it down in my mouth to the point the tooth lost its shape and was basically a stump. He didn't check the bite after and said how does it feel. He should have just checked the bite with foam and ink strips, as it was new in my mouth and my mouth was still numb so that didn't inspire confidence, and really just seemed to be trying to get me to say it was ok. Also had to press him to buff where he ground the cap so it was smooth like the other teeth, but since the tooth was scanned it shouldn't have needed to be ground. I just went to another dentist to get a root canal and they spent more time on the temporary cap than he did on the permanent, doing foam and bite without asking to make sure it was good for me.
