I've been to other providers in the past that treat you like just a number! IPS is different, Armand is so genuine and caring! He makes sure to listen to any concerns & answer all questions, even if you repeat yourself! I've always felt like my feelings and concerns are validated.Secretary Jackie is wonderful as well, she goes above and beyond to make sure patients have no issues. I've witnessed her calling pharmacies to help patients and offering help with anything she can do!Awesome office & I'm really glad I found it!

Five months ago I was standing in line at Walmart and out of no where a young woman walked over to me. She looked very lost and frustrated so I asked her if she was OK, at that moment she started to cry. She started telling me that she believes her son has ADHD. At that point I knew I had to tell her my daughter's story because many parents feel alone. She wanted to know how I do I handle the day to day. I just couldn't emphasize enough to her that It's hard on me but it's harder on my daughter. She explained to me that she is afraid her sons doctor won't believe her. I then reached in my bag and handed her an IPS business card. We talked for at least 20 minutes, I made it very clear to her that she is not alone.As parents our job is to keep trying and keep learning, Many children go through life being labeled "bad" or "trouble maker". When you spank a child with ADHD, you will only frustrate yourself and will make them more angry which will eventually cause them to become depressed. ALL children need love, nurturing and unconditional love.Today I received a call from a young man. His exact words were "Hi Miss Jackie! I just called to tell you, Thank you!" I replied, You are very welcome, I am glad that you are feeling better. Hearing his voice gave me an instant smile and of course I started to cry. He then went on to inform me that he is one point away from honors. "Miss Jackie you and Armand changed my life". I explained to him that Armand and I love our job and we enjoy helping children and adults.I now believe that It's true when people say "Everyone who walks in to your life has a purpose". Parents, we need to talk to our children when they are struggling. Don't be afraid to ask their school for help. We need to advocate for our children everyday. Can you imagine sitting in a classroom all day and not learning anything?I would never send my children to my job if I didn't love my boss. I know first hand that it's not about the money. Armand is a very compassionate man, he doesn't judge anyone but he also doesn't sugar coat anything. Armand and I both know that we can't save everyone but we will damn sure try...If you are respectful, honest and dedicated to treatment then we will jump through hoops to help you succeed."If you're not making someone else's life better, then you're wasting your time. This place is disgusting . Armand Ntchana is the med person there and he is fake to his career. This man is not only lost but a horrible person. Talks about you as soon as you walk out. The only thing this scum care about is money. He will not help you he will make things worse for you. This place should be shut down asap. Save anyone you Care about and tell them to find someone better. Trash trash

Do NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The "Doctor" or RN Practioner is a fraud! He doesn't know how to write a prescription right! The office staff is horrible! They never answer their phones! They get you addicted to meds higher than what you were on, then stop giving you the right dosage! I know of at least 10 people this has happened too! I left before he could do anything like that to me! Thank God and Goddess for my wonderful Primary Care Doctor at UCONN! If not for him I'd be in the E.R like my fiancé is! Dr. Armand (the fake psychiatrist) wrote his prescription wrong, and now you can't call their office! Not even the pharmacy can reach them!!!! This place should be shut down A.S.A.P!!!!!.

I would highly recommend IPS. I’ve been utilizing the services of IPS for a few years and am very satisfied with the experience. I’ve made milestones thanks to the services offered. If you are looking for a genuine confidential environment I would suggest IPS.
