Absolutely love this dental office! I found this place through my insurance provider, and I’m so glad it’s close to my home! The phone call was great, and when I arrived, I was greeted warmly and thoughtfully, especially since I had brought my 17-month-old baby, who is very curious about everything. Dr. Shah was amazing—very thorough with every step of my dental care, unlike my previous appointments at other places. The staff were so helpful in keeping my son entertained while they worked on me—I’m forever grateful for that! Also, I'm deaf, and they were super accommodating to my communication needs. I could tell that Dr. Shah values my experience as a deaf patient, which has honestly made me more committed to taking care of my dental health. He was also great with my son during his turn, even mentioning a few things that none of his previous doctors had pointed out. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for an exceptional experience, from the front desk to the assistants to Dr. Shah. We look forward to our next check-up!

Dr. Shah is one of the most knowledgeable, personable, caring dentists I have ever met and worked with. Bedside manner is impeccable and he is doing everything he can to assure we get things taken care of. His staff is just as kind and professional.

This was our first visit to Dr. Shah’s practice. My wife and I had been going to the another dentist office in Garland for 30+ years but left there. The staff at InSmile is very professional and friendly. The office was extremely clean and Dr. Shah was great. Happy we found a dentist that made us feel welcome and one we felt comfortable with.

It was a really pleasant experience. It was my first visit and I’m really impressed the way they treated us. First the scheduling experience was amazing. The front office lady was very helpful in explaining everything in detail like the procedure or billing questions. Then The doctor also did a wonderful job. It was painless experience for my Daughter. Definitely recommend this to everyone.

I love everyone at this dental care especially Jeff the temporary hygienist. He took the time not to make my teeth hurt and explain to me what the doctor said about my teeth. I wish Jeff was hired there permanently. Thanks, for fitting me and my daughter in for such short noticed. I love this dentist. ❤️❤️🥳🥳 Thanks, for taking good care of our teeth!!
