My experience with Innovative has been nothing less than superb! Morgan did my first patient intake and was so personable and knowledgeable! Dr. Jordan had a great diagnostic plan that I feel confident about and had me excited to start treatment. Her chair side manner was soothing and made me feel like my input and opinions about my treatment plan were valued. Abbi did a fantastic job with my cleaning! Abbi was gentle and thorough. Everyone has been incredibly kind and accommodating. The entire staff is welcoming, from the moment you walk in, to the second the hygienist walks you back at the end of your visit. Everyone is more than happy to answer questions or address any concerns leaving me feeling comfortable and assured. I am extremely grateful for how confident Innovative Dental made me feel!

My very first experience with Inovative Dental was beyond excellent. My treatment coordinator Hannah did a wonderful job explaining the process from start to finish. She was very detail oriented and was very attentive to my needs and concerns while making sure I knew exactly what to expect at my first appointment. I also want to give Abbie Hernandez a shout out as well. She came in and did my first cleaning. She was very gentle and allowed me to take time to prepare myself. At all times Abbie was making sure I was in no pain and comfortable. I want to again thank Hannah and Abbie for and their team for making my first visit a stress free and pleasant experience. I look forward to my next visit.

My experience was +10 star. I cannot rave enough about the friendliness, professionalism, and kindness I was shown. They are the happiest kindest dental professionals I have ever visited in my life! This will be my only and last dental office for life! I would highly recommend these professionals for any and all dental needs! What an absolute blessing to be in their care!!!

This was my first time at Innovative Dental and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The customer care is outstanding, taking every opportunity to assure the patient is comfortable and relaxed. Danika and Dr. Downs were both so kind, patient, tolerant of my questions and really took their time getting to know me as a person, not just another patient. My treatment plan was carefully explained in great detail although easy to understand by a lay person. I appreciate them all and will be back. Highly recommended!
