Absolutely avoid this dental practice. Initially, the staff seemed nice when I booked my appointment via email, but the actual visit was a complete disappointment.I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes past my appointment time without any communication about the delay until I had to ask. Once in the chair, the hygienist didn't even acknowledge the delay, let alone apologize for it. To make matters worse, instead of the usual exam and cleaning, I was only told I "might" get a cleaning. After the hygienist briefly put a bib on me, she left without a word.Then, the dentist entered and scolded me for questioning their process, stating I should leave if I didn’t like it. This combative behavior was shocking and unprofessional. In addition, they pressured me into unnecessary X-rays, even though mine were less than a year old.This practice appears to prioritize profit over patient care, as evidenced by their failure to include cleanings with exams and their attempts to push unnecessary procedures. Avoid this place at all costs and find a dental practice that respects your time, money, and health.Edited to add: It's evident that Dr. Kalluri is responding defensively, falsely accusing me of being impolite and intimidating. Instead of addressing my valid concerns, she projected her own behavior onto me, which only further underscores the lack of professionalism and accountability within this practice. Rather than resorting to baseless allegations, she should have taken the opportunity to acknowledge genuine feedback and work towards improving the patient experience.
