I had extreme dental anxiety and fear.Not anymore. I love my dentists there. Dr Z made me feel so normal and seen for my dental anxiety and has worked with me over the years to being able to go to all my appointments medication free. Dr Sheehan has also been amazing at making me feel so heard during my appointments and works with me so I'm not uncomfortable.Michelle is the best hygienist. One of my biggest issues has been my hygienists not listening to my needs/pain/sensitivity and Michelle does. I will not see anyone else for my cleanings.

Very nice dental clinic. Nadia at the reception helped to book the appointments for me and my sons. Doctor Melak did cleaning really good. Dr. Anna and Clara found the way how to do an extraction and filling for my younger son, who was afraid of dentists! Thank you!!!

Dr. Benga and Noelia are AMAZING!! I took my daughter in to have two fillings done. My daughter was a little nervous (and, so was I!) since it was her first experience having fillings done in the dental chair. Dr. Benga explained everything to her before he started the procedure and he did so in a way that my daughter became more curious and interested, rather than scared. Noelia was also very kind and gentle with my daughter, and it put us both at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend them!

This place is not worth sifting through their dentists to be able to find a good one. I was a patient here for 3 years and in that time my teeth have only gotten worse. I had about 4-5 different dentists at this time. I had Doctor Giwa for about a year. And was complaining about jaw pain my teeth hurting etc. After they charged me for 6 x-rays - 2 on one side - 2 on the other and redos. They told me there was no need to take out my wisdom teeth and recommended INVISALIGN. So I switched dentists to doctor Anna who was a great help and it's a shame I didn't find her earlier or I may have stayed. The very first thing Doctor Anna recommended was to remove my wisdom teeth after finding out Doctor Giwa is the one who does Wisdom teeth removal in office I requested to go elsewhere. Why would a dentist try to sell me Invisalign MULTIPLE TIMES when my teeth/mouth are still changing. Invisalign is not cheap and for someone to literally have to redo it due to the dentist not listening to their customers is ridiculous. The office also loved to just text me that they did not charge me for something previously then add it and charge it to my insurance. I do not care for this practice as this is how I found out they charged me for all the failed X-rays as I said multiple times this bottom tooth you are trying to x-ray is in a bad spot and you won't be able to see it. MAYBE listen to your customers instead of trying to make REPEAT customers.

I have been coming to Images for years. I can’t say enough about how amazing the staff are there, from Dr.Z, Michelle and Melak. The hygienist Melak and I are laughing the whole time( which is pretty hard to do while getting a cleaning) I actually look forward to my yearly appointments. Best dentist office in the city!
