Ok Garland, don't sleep in on this dental clinic. They are amazing! I needed a deep clean and just like everyone, I was dreading the discomfort & cost 🥴 But thank God, I had an amazing duo who made the whole experience comfortable & affordable!! The dentist is very knowledgeable & has gentle hands. And her assistant knows what she's doing & talks you through each step. Super excited to get back on track with my dental health!! 🤩

I had a good visit at this Ideal office. The staff was very kind, especially ShaCorey.I had a basic cleaning done by Dr C. And although I didn't receive some portions of the cleaning like flossing, etc; again, everyone was very nice, including admin staff Joe and Vanessa.

Like one of the other review said, this place is an absolute scam. I went in for asking for a regular cleaning, they took 4 exam of my teeth, then charged over 233$ after me denying their service including deep cleaning and filling ( total is about 3000$).How on earth you guys charged me and my insurance 233$ for doing an exam?Stay away please guys

This is a scam. I’m sorry I didn’t read these reviews before I was swindled by this practice. This office did not provide a regular cleaning. They took me in, performed sleight-of-hand operations they knew weren’t covered by my insurance, tests/exams/x-rays I didn’t ask for, then billed my insurance $1500 without even cleaning my teeth. I should have known something was up when they asked for my ssn and credit card over the phone. Staff is friendly-like snake charmers and charlatans.

I wish a zero rating was an option!I started Invisalign treatment at Ideal Dental Firewheel Garland in September 2020 to fix a misalignment in one of my front teeth. I was told the process would take about a year. It’s now almost September 2024, and my front tooth is still not corrected.Throughout these four years, I’ve been bounced between different dentists, orthodontists, and periodontists, all within this location. I’ve had to see 4-5 different doctors because of the constant turnover. Most recently, on August 23, 2024, the new orthodontist recommended shaving my tooth—something that could have been done years ago. Instead, I was given a retainer for three months that did nothing to address my issue.This entire process has been a frustrating and expensive ordeal with zero results. The level of incompetence at this location is staggering. I’ve wasted four years with no resolution, and I’m now seeking a full refund for the money I paid for this ineffective treatment. I have also reported this location to the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners for a full investigation.I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking dental or orthodontic care.
