I had been going to this specific location for over 7 years.Then, I had an appointment at this location in December 2023 and I had one of the worst experiences I can recall ever at the dentist. While my hygienist was very friendly and willing to share his dental knowledge with me, it seemed like he was more interesting in cutting away parts of my gums more so than cleaning my teeth. In addition, I do not know if my teeth even got clean as he barely spent any time (nor used toothpaste) on the brush for my teeth.I know I am not a dental expert and acknowledge that I am not the best at flossing, but I do know a few things after 25+ years of dental visits:- I have never felt so much pain going to the dentist before- I have never been able to feel pools of blood in mouth in the sheer quantities that I felt that day- I have never had a hygienist spend so much time on my gums and not my teeth- I have never had a hygienist not use any type of toothpaste during the cleaning- I have never left the dentist feeling like my mouth is unclean- I have never gotten home and notice chunks of gum missing- I have never gotten home and had to brush my teeth immediately AFTER the dentist to get my mouth clean (residue left on teeth)- Lastly, I have NEVER had my mouth hurt for DAYS (four!!!) after leaving the dentistFor these reasons, I was forced to move my dental appointments to a more inconvenient Hudec location.I love Hudec Dental and would recommend them to anybody, but I would highly, highly, highly avoid the Broadview Heights location. I liked the dentist there, but I like my mouth more.

The staff were amazing. I was finally helped to understand my dental insurance, which made my exam free with no co pay. I will be going back for some deep cleaning next month and am excited to see Dr Popa and her wonderful staff again.

I was really hesitant about going to Hudac Dental as I had a bad experience at another dentist. The staff and dentist there are just what people need. A really nice professional place with a good attitude about taking care of you. They constantly texted me and emailed me to make sure I didn’t forget about my appointment. My wife decided to try them and called me when she was done to tell me we finally found a good dentist. Try them. You won’t regret it. Chris Olsen

I had a great experience so far. All employees were very pleasant and kind, service was timely and they were helpful regarding both insurance inquiries and questions about dental processes.My appointment was a first time patient situation, having moved locally recently.I am new at this - little to no experience with medical/dental matters. Everyone I interacted with felt trustworthy and knowledgeable in addition to inspiring confidence in their work. Hopefully, I will update this review as I continue to work with Hudec Dental.

This was by far my best dental visit ever. This was the first time I walked away from the chair (after prepping for a cap) & my face wasn't numb & afterwards I had no pain.Dr Berning took his time & was not rough at all.Thank you!! (use that in your next song lol)
