I went to Howard and Howard last February for one implant tooth and nine new crowns. To date, I have still not received my implant tooth. My mother paid approximately $22,000. The cast for the implant was not taken until late August. I was supposed to have an appointment today, but I knew I had to cancel. I called the office five times and never reached the office, only the answering service. Marie called me today to follow up because I sent an email. I was driving from Williamsburg, VA and desired to have the implant done tomorrow. The office has always been open a half day on Friday. They refused to accommodate me. I would never do this again. It has been 10 months that date. I don’t intend on returning to WV for the holidays or any other reason. Maybe they can ship my tooth or refund the price of the implant.
