I had an outstanding experience at hickory dentistry clinic! From the moment I walked in, everything was seamless.The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The clinic itself is spotless, and you can tell they prioritize cleanliness and comfort.Marlen (front office) sent me the forms a day before which I filled before coming in. She was extremely helpful with the process.Jennifer (dental assistant) was super friendly, she first took my x-rays.Dr Mallika Shah is highly skilled and took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease.I mainly went in to get a new crown and cleaning. Dr Shah made sure the process was painless and smooth.Overall, a smooth and positive visit from start to finish.The clinic is located in the hickory palos square shopping center right next to Jewel Osco with ample car parking.Highly recommend!

First time here and was very impressed. All the staff was very friendly. The location is beautiful and everything is clean with a modern look. I felt very welcomed and the doctor was very nice and thorough. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist or in need of any dental work.
