Updated ReviewMy first visit was over three months ago, and I’m still waiting to be scheduled for a cleaning despite being told it would happen "as soon as possible." On top of that, I’ve been receiving bills even though I paid in full during my visit. The billing process is incredibly confusing and frustrating.When I initially booked, I specifically asked about what services were covered by my insurance. However, during the appointment, they performed a service that my insurance doesn’t cover. While I understand this office has great reviews (which is why I chose them), I didn’t expect to deal with so much miscommunication and paperwork.PreviouslyThe dental office is very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there are a few drawbacks. For new patients, the initial visit doesn't include a cleaning—you’ll need to schedule a second appointment for that. Unfortunately, scheduling is quite difficult; I still haven’t been able to book my follow-up.Additionally, the wait times were quite long. I waited for the hygienist to take X-rays, then for the dentist to arrive, and finally for the coordinator to help schedule my next visit. My entire appointment ended up taking almost two hours.

I had an appointment with Dr. Upton, he was very nice and made me feel comfortable. He is a excellent doctor. Janelle helped me a lot and took the time to help me and I appreciated it. She helped me with making my appointment and insurance issues when i came in the office. My treatment plan was more than i could afford but Janelle found a way for me to get my treatment gone in a way it was manageable for me. She made me feel like she really cared. I love this office and I will refer everybody !

Dr. Upton was absolutely amazing with my daughter! He was so patient with Jo and made her feel completely at ease. Dr. Upton even gave her a shot without her realizing it. It was incredible to watch. The process of completing her filing was quick and seamless. I truly appreciate his care and professionalism. Thank you, Dr. Upton!

I have been coming to Henderson Mill Dental Care for years and have always had the most pleasant experience. The service is reliable, professional, and also very personable as well. I would highly recommend them to any and everybody. They are amazing!
