Spent forever researching dentist offices in the area and ultimately chose Harpeth because of all the reviews about how great the staff is. The reviews were right and I definitely made the right choice. Everyone was so nice and reassuring, the pricing was reasonable for no insurance given how thorough they are and the amount of scans they do, I was not pushed to have unnecessary work done and they were so helpful when discussing my treatment plan. My cleaning was the least painful cleaning I've ever had, even with it being a while since I've had one. It's overall a kind and comfortable environment, I'm very happy to have found a dental home!

Genuinely don’t mind getting my teeth cleaned here. The staff are always super friendly and informative! They always provide me useful tips on the best way to improve my brushing, and they don’t push unnecessary dental treatments or cosmetic improvements which I’ve experienced at other offices before. 10/10 :)

Giving 2 stars because the office staff and hygienist were very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the dentist here. I was told I had 7 cavities even though I had been to the dentist 6 months prior and had been told I had none. The dentist barely even touched my teeth and just began counting off cavities to the hygienist. I had my x-rays sent to another dentist and went there for a second opinion, this dentist identified only one cavity. Felt like a money grab, wanted to post so others are aware and know to seek a second opinion if they’re told they have several cavities by doctor Emmonds.
