Exceptional dental services at Hamilton Dental I recently had a dental emergency on a Sunday and to my dismay my regular dentist office was closed. However, they promptly referred me to Hamilton Dental, and I am grateful they did. The location is convenient with ample parking in a vibrant area that includes a Fortinos Plaza, McDonald’s, a pet store and a Dollarama nearby. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the level of service available there were four emergency doctors on call along with a skilled hygienist and friendly receptionist. It was evident they catered to various payment options and financial situations, but transparency is key before any procedures are initiated. During my visit, the thoroughness of care was exemplary. The doctor carefully examined my situation. The receptionist provided clear information on cost and procedures, and the doctor proceeded with a minor repair without the need of numbing agents, his gentle approach and attention to detail and still trust in me the office was bustling with patients, including two children in pain seeing the care and expertise provided to them reassured me of the quality of service at Hamilton Dental. Located at 50 Dundurn Street South Hamilton Ontario 289-396-0800 Smile@hamiltondental.ca this facility operate seven days a week, ensuring accessibility during dental emergencies. I highly recommend Hamilton Dental for the professional and compassionate approach to dental care. Avoid Hamilton Dental at All CostsIf you care about your health, money, and peace of mind, do not go to Hamilton Dental. My experience with them has been a disaster, and I feel compelled to warn others before they fall into the same trap.In March 2024, they pressured me into getting unnecessary fillings, even though I was hesitant. They were relentless, preying on my trust as a new patient. Since then, my teeth have been in constant pain and remain overly sensitive to hot and cold beverages. It’s now December, and my issues are still unresolved.Worse yet, they drained my insurance balance, leaving me to deal with the financial burden of treatments that didn’t even work. Their focus isn’t on helping patients,it’s on maximizing their profits at your expense.Don’t make the mistake I did. Protect your health, your wallet, and your well-being. There are plenty of other dental clinics out there that actually care about their patients. Hamilton Dental is not one of them.
