Worst experience of my life.I had my wisdom teeth removed in September from dr. Watts. I have had nothing but problems since I got them taken out.I experienced very bad swelling and bruising and puss draining from one extraction site a week after removal. I called in over the weekend and dr. Zakkak was on call I was told multiple time it is normal but if it gets worse call back. It got worse the pain was unbearable which I proceeded to call and was told again it is normal and they will schedule me an appointment for the following week. I got the hint they did not want to come in on the weekend so I proceeded to go to urgent care where I had to get a steroid shot and antibiotics from puss oozing out of the extraction site. Definitely an infection.I went into the office and my doctor was out for the week so I saw doctor Zakkak where again looked in my mouth and said it was normal. Scheduled me for another week out to see dr. Watts. At that appointment I was told again healing takes time. Now at 3 weeks I was still so swollen. He proceeded to pack my gum where I was having pain. It did nothing so by the time I came back AGAIN to get the packing removed I gave up and called my actual dentist. My dentist proceeded to flush my gums out because they “needed it from the infection” and gave me medical mouth wash which apparently I was suppose to be using the whole time but never received.I was going to give up and let all this go and not write this review but here we are 2 months after surgery and my site is swollen and infected AGAIN because the root of the issue from the actual surgery was never solved because it was “normal”So here I am back to have a massive swollen face , nauseous and puss back in my extraction site. I will not ever go back here nor will I recommend anyone to go here unless you want to pay $900 for permanent damage.I would give 0 stars if possible the only good thing about here is the receptionists they are great.

I didn't know, that they was finished. It was painless and unbelievable fast. My hat is off to them. Very professional from top to bottom of the chain of command. So think you guys so much.
