I could rate this a 5 if they ran on time. I am a very punctual person and respect the time of those I have an appointment with (and for those that come after me). I set 8am appts so I can be first and seen on time but that never seems to happen. Today I was 8am, arrived at 7:50am, first appointment and not seen until 8:10am. For one mouthguard fitting, they were 40 minutes late. I respect their time; I would like if they respected ours in turn.However, I have always had a good experience with the dentists themselves. I miss the hygienist Carolyn (retired) and have not yet had one I like as much.

Been going here for about 4 years since I started working in the area. At one point, one hygienist told me I had signs of gingivitis, but the doctor came after and said I didn’t (spoiler: I did not have gingivitis). The hygienist also recommended that I buy a certain electric toothbrush brand that she got a commission for. Needless to say, she doesn’t work there anymore lol, but I do actually still use the electric toothbrush and my teeth do look better. So I guess pros and cons? Either way, I moved a town over but still go here just because I like them so much.
