For years I used to have anxiety about going to the dentist.I have been seeing Dr Grilli since 2012.That anxiety has since gone.My entire family goes there and we couldn't be happier with the service that we receive.If I ever have an emergency they make every effort to get me in that same day.When they say Grilli Family dentistry it means if you are a patient you're part of the family.

I am a hospital worker who called this office earlier this morning to confirm my afternoon appointment (which the front desk staff had already moved up in the day without my consent.) Evidently, being a front line worker is now being viewed as a negative, even by fellow healthcare employees. When I was asked screening questions, I assured the front desk staff that although I had worked with COVID-19 patients, it had been at least a week since my last contact with one of these patients, I was in full protective equipment when I saw them, and have never had COVID-19 symptoms. In spite of this, I was asked to “postpone my appointment for a few weeks,” even though nothing about my job or the dangers of COVID-19 will be changing in that time. The front desk staff was unable to offer any other assistance or alternatives. I’m not sure why a dentist office would decide re-opening was a good idea if it were going to be discriminatory against those of us who did not have the option to stay home during the peak of COVID-19. I did not have that luxury, nor did I want it, and now I’m being punished for it. Today I was simply doing the responsible thing by seeking recommended preventative care, but Dr. Grilli’s office apparently has its own ideas of who is worthy of receiving such care. This is not my first issue with this office, but it will certainly be my last.

I was nervous to go to a dentist appointment during the pandemic, but they take many precautions to ensure the safety of their staff and patients, which I really appreciate.I've been going here since I was a kid and I've always thought the staff to be very professional and personable.
