I have been coming here for years with both my girls, recently my youngest daughter had a root canal and a crown put in, in which I came out of pocket for $600 after what my insurance didn’t cover. Less than a month later the crown came off, impossible to get an appt. I came in and explained the situation , the receptionist explained that although they no longer take that insurance being it was less that 3 months ago as long as it was the same tooth that the procedure was performed on they will cover the fixing being it was done in their practice. Fast forward to the day of the appointment finally, my daughter was completely dismissed and so was her dad as they were told she had to go to the Kissimmee location bcz the tech who performed her procedure is now at that location. While the actual dentist explained during the screening of the appointment that he can perform the procedure but will be charged $450. I went in as I was upset after what was explained to me by the RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST, that as long as it was the same tooth etc. she began to bicker with me in the waiting area where I then began to call her out on speaking to me as if I wasn’t competent of understanding the bull she was telling me, I began to ask to speak with the dentist to ask questions as clearly there was a major disconnect of policy, and understanding with staff. Money wasn’t the issue here as I paid out of pocket for the procedure not to mention another $8000 for my other daughters braces out of pocket. Then as I began to call her out on the lies and lack of doing in the office as it’s always an issue to even get an answer on the phone, let alone an appointment and correct information but NEVER an issue with collecting funds. I will take my service and CASH. Else where. The lack of doing is unreal!
