They are misdiagnosing people. I was told my son had 3 cavities. I got a second opinion and x-ray. He didn't have any. I paid almost 400 dollars because they said he needed treatment for a gum disease and he didn't have that. They found a way to find things medicaid didn't cover. They didn't have a hygienist for a long time and failed to contact the patient. It's the worst place ever. I will never take my son back there. I'm so glad I didn't let them work on his mouth for something he didn't need...

The staff is great. The hygienist was BEYOND SLOW 1 hr and 30 min for a cleaning is ridiculous. Especially when I did have any plaque build up. I mean it took him 30 min just to say if I had a 1-5 with gums and I had only two 3’s. Then he used terms like “Pook around in your mouth.” Smh.
